room rates include the 12.5% Government Value Added Tax (VAT) and
the Tourism Levy (*) |

The Hotel industry in Vanuatu has implemented a 100 Vatu / AUD $1.10
/ NZD $1.40 levy which is for
the Tourism Marketing Development Fund (TMDF) and will be charged
for each room night of accommodation
provided to visitors to the country.
Bookings:
We
will receive your personal details via this site and process your
booking.
We will email you within 24 hours but usually on the same day of the
reservation booking.
Payments:
To confirm your booking, we require credit card details to be supplied.
We do not charge the credit card
for the booking, except in the event of a no-show (see cancellation
policy below.)
Upon arrival you may pay for your stay by either credit card or cash.
Please
note that using Visa or MasterCard
will incur a 5 % EFTPOS surcharge as this is what the bank charges
the hotel for the facility.
Check
In:
2.00 PM with Check Out at NOON unless otherwise arranged with Motel
Management.
For arrivals after 5.00 pm please ensure that you have made arrangements
with the Motel.
We will make arrangements for you to be taken to your room and Check
In will occur the next day.
Airport
Transfers:
We can arrange airport transfers to/from the Motel with Atmosphere
Tours, but you need to provide us, via an email,
with your flight arrival details and the number of people requiring
the transfer/s.
The transfer service costs 1000VATU/AUD $12.50 per adult, 500 Vatu/AUD
$5.55 for children under 12 years of age -
and this fee can be paid at the motel upon arrival.
Special Needs/Requests:
Please
include any requests you may have (e.g. bedding configuration) when
booking.
To help minimise the impact to Vanuatu’s environment your room
will be serviced every third day of your stay.
If you require additional servicing, please enquire at reception.
Additional servicing is 1,000 Vatu and is payable at the time of the
request.
We strongly advise taking travel insurance to cover emergency situations.
Management reserves the right to make room changes if necessary.
Cancellations:
- 7 days prior to arrival: 100% of booked accommodation
will be charged as a cancellation fee.

In the event of a No Show then 100% of the booked accommodation will
be charged as a cancellation fee.
Should you leave earlier than expected there will be no refund. |
